i not am knowing what to have sayings here. mostly i not am supposed to be talking to the outsidepeople because i am sounding different. maybe i am allowed if i am having a picture for talkings with, i not am knowing. i not do have right nowtimes. maybe laters. i am liking buttersflies and hummingsbirds and going to the zoos.
Teo is incredibly creative, and has a real way of seeing the world differently, and finding the beauty in small, everyday things. He finds the beauty in what's broken, what's unwanted, certainly not in everything, but in unexpected places all the same. He's definitely a kitten, and definitely sees the world in a way that seems to be colored by being less humanoid than the rest of us, and it's always interesting. But despite being young and refusing to use English in any standard way, he's deceptively wise, definitely in that 'old soul' sort of way. I may be more protective of him than I need to be, but he's had a lot of disappointments in his life.

Cute kid, and real smart. We don't hang out together exactly, not a lot, he's got his own things, I've got mine, we're just not super close really, but that doesn't mean I don't like him. I don't mind all the snark about dogs. I get it, he's just really a cat. It's all good. It's not like I expected to live in a 'house' full of cats, either!

I know Teo resented me at first, but I think he's fairly comfortable now, it's not as though any of us really mean to take time away from him, of course. It's just hard for him in front, he's not really great with the hands, he doesn't have his own after all. Sometimes we probably take time away when we don't mean to. He's really wise and he just kind of speaks his mind. That can be a little scary, Rhodri really worries about what people think about Teo, but I think Teo is able to take care of himself better than Rhodri thinks.

I find Teo amusing. He is an observer of nearly everything, but decidedly has his own mind about what things are 'for' him and what things are not, and is very clear about that, for the most part. Occasionally, an emotional storm centered on him can be very overwhelming, but he's settled quite a bit over the last few years, and that's rarely a problem, now. He is a very interesting mix of strong and vulnerable, and I find him fascinating.
